Shipping times and costs

All our products will be shipped within 24-48 hours of order confirmation . Delivery will take place within 24-96 hours of order processing . NB: If you encounter any delays or issues with the courier, please contact us so we can resolve any issues that may arise.

Once your order is processed internally by our team, shipping times, costs, and the spending threshold for free shipping vary depending on the destination country as follows:

Returns

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it or part of your order. To comply with the withdrawal deadline, simply send your communication regarding your right of withdrawal within the 14th day from the delivery date using the online procedure in the Personal Area of ​​our website and wait for confirmation from our team. The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to natural persons (consumers); therefore, all purchases made with VAT numbers are excluded.

The return shipping will be paid by Casa UAU will refund the purchase price for defective or incorrect products . For all other returns, shipping costs and any additional charges will be borne by the buyer. Purchases must be returned by mail or courier in their original packaging, unused or damaged, and in resalable condition. No exchanges or refunds will be made for products returned incomplete, damaged, or opened.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded. Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly through info@casauau.it. How to make a return

If the product is damaged or incorrect
Starting a return is easy: simply log in to your Personal Area, go to the Orders section, select the order you wish to return, and click the "Request a return" button. Specify the reason and the items you wish to return in the appropriate section. Our Customer Service team will contact you shortly to authorize the return (subject to photographs) and/or arrange a free collection.

If the customer ships the item to be returned at their own expense without contacting our Customer Service, we will not be able to refund the costs incurred and guarantee a refund for the order.

For all other types of returns

Refunds

When will I receive my refund?

The Casa UAU team will verify the quality of the returned product and issue a refund only if it meets the return policy requirements. Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly on casauau.it. You will receive your refund via the same payment method used for the original purchase as quickly as possible.

Please note that refund times may vary depending on different payment methods. The refund will be free of charge and will only include the cost of the products you are returning.
